We do bend screw flight segments inhouse. Current maximum bending capacity of a screw segment is 15mm thickness, with 500mm high rim.

We can offer both cut and bent screw flight segments and ready welded screw flights for your conveyor. Welding is done by certified welders, according to EN3834. We can also produce the casings, and assemble the screw conveyor with a drive.

We offer serial production for your parts. Currently some chassis, oil tanks, screw flights and silencers for large industrial machines are produced in series. 

Parts can be in both structural steel and in stainless steels. Various surface finishes are available from powder painting, to wet painting, to galvanization.

Small silo production. We offer to produce silos for various purposes. The maximums dimensions are 2500mm in diameter, and 6000m long, but also larger silos can be produced to order.

Also we have the means to finish the silos with pneumatics, rotary valves and anything else needed.

Big part of our business is the production of tanks for oil, fuel and other fluids. Our welders have extensive experience in welding leak tight welds.

All products are tested in house with pressure test, and/or penetrant. Our quality engineer is VT Level2 certified, and all welds are done to the standart EN3834.
